Merchant Resources?

I have a general question. How can I know if shaders are also a merchant resource? For example here: Case Knits Iray Shaders

    Normally it says so... but all else fails, just contact the PA.

    Moving this to Art Studio as it is a usage question, not a Product Suggestion.

    If it doesn't say it is an MR then it isn't - though for specific use cases it might be worth checking with the PA, as Psyckosama says.
