I am trying to create a reptiilian female using something like reptilian.jpg
How do i do it. I can't seem to deform the head of any figure.

Here are a few packs that may help. You would pretty much need the creature creator packs. There are a few of them for different firgures

Thats sort of like RawArts Lizardians figure line. Did you want to develop from scratch and if so do you want it based of Genesis for clothing and accessory compatibility? I like ZBrush for modeling organic figures like this.

Yep, to do that you need a morph or many many shaping things like Creature Creator and then still might need a custom morph.
