Daz3d for 3d printing

I'm printing 3d figures created in Daz. It works well except for... the damn hair. What I'm creating are classical statues. All these hyper-realistic hair everybody posts these days cause serious 3d printing problems. Big islands (parts that don't have a support when printing and therefore fall down). What I need is the kind of hair schulptors use. See for example Michelangelo https://wallpapercave.com/wp/wp4196583.jpg.
There are other problems, like clothing, but I'm, right now, trying to reproduce classical sculpture, so that's not a big problem - yet. Also, the mouth cavity in G3-8-9 is annoying but manageable.
Is there a group that shares my interest? If so, how can I join them?

All of which have 3D printing licenses, if this is not solely for your own personal use.
Thank you Richard! This will definitely get me started.
