Possible to recover corrupted save?

So I just stayed up all night working on a project.  12 hours, to be exact.  Now, bear in mind I saved regularly throughout the night.
[Dratted] power company just knocked on the door and said they had to cut power for 30 seconds.  I said I need a minute because I had to power down my computer.  [Wretched person] cut the power in about 20 seconds. Just enough time for me to hit save again.
It APPEARED to have finished saving in time, JUST IN TIME, before my computer lost power.
Well, I restarted and now my save is corrupted.
Any suggestions?  Am I [sabotaged]????

There could be possiblity but it will really depend on the integrity of the 'saved scene file'... how well you know about the structure and coding of a DSON User File... and the quantity of  'unreadable code' in the file. etc.
Assuming the DUF file was just 'partially saved', there'll be no way out to completely recover it...

I had the same happen last week, A huge part of the duf file was just gone.
After fixing the json that was left I had the scene working again but textures and some of the poses were gone.

So it all depends on how much of the save file is left.
Too bad that features like https://www.daz3d.com/super-save are not build into Daz.
I assume you have since then either fixed it or rebuild it but if you still need a hand let me know.

Too bad if there was an abrupt power-off when saving scene files but it won't be a total disaster as long as there's an 'incremental saved file' on the drive...

Buy a Uninterruptable Power Supply. I use APC, they're not that expensive
considering the hair you won't tear out if a power blip or total loss occurs.

This isn't going to help you unfortunately, but this is why I always make sure to keep backups. Normally I make a full system backup every week or so, but if I'm working on a more complex project I always make some manual copies to my NAS storage unit, just to make sure it's kept safe.
