What memorize object for?

Is it for simulation?

Doesn't seems to work.

"memorize" records the state of an object so that you can use that state later.

If you memorize a figure's pose, you can modify the pose afterwards and then use the first pose as a starting point of a simulation, or go back to the first pose using the "restore" command.

I use that for example when I want to use a smart prop not intended for my current figure: it's easier to position the prop when the figure is in default pose, so I memorize my figure's pose, then zero the pose, load and position the prop then parent it to the figure, and finally restore the figure's pose and adjust the prop if needed.

Use the Restore commands from the same menu - Memorise sets the default values for properties to match their current values, Restore sets their current values to their defaults.
