Prices higher when in cart than on individual item pages

Item price is higher when item added to cart.

What is going on?

 

Summary from web pages -

Price listed on web pages:

Outlander Monk Outfit for Genesis 3 Male(s) 2.18

Workout Facility 1.41

Total: 3.59

 

What I see when they are added to my cart:

Outlander Monk Outfit for Genesis 3 Male(s) 2.91

Workout Facility 1.88

Total: 4.79

 

Price increase: 4.79 - 3.59 = 1.20
