This just in -- “News Reporting Props” -- now available for your Newsroom scenes. This series of props contains highly detailed models of real-life objects that you would find in your local Newsroom. The furniture pieces include a main desk, a side desk, a presentation screen, and a chair. Two backdrops, a large main, and a smaller side piece can be used to create a background that includes three choices of faux news channel graphics. The backdrops have their wooden frames modeled for added realism.

For the weather report, there is a large green screen and an AV (audiovisual) trolley to support a large-sized AV monitor with which the weather person would read off the local weather patterns. A large floor plane is included with a tiling vinyl texture to simulate the studio flooring. This is the flooring seen in most of the promotional images.

For an alternative setup, there is a large, circular center stage that can be finished in a wood veneer or a blue carpet material. In addition, most of the furniture pieces come with two color choices: wood veneer or white veneer. Two complex, rigged models of a studio light on a trolley and a high-end studio camera are provided. The shutters on the studio light can be rotated into various positions. Plus, the studio light, studio camera, monitor, and control arms can be turned, rotated, and raised.

Figures with wheels and locking mechanisms are all rigged so that they can be rotated and posed. There are also smaller, static props of a microphone and weather clicker. Both of these props come with wearable presets for Genesis 8 Male and Female figures.

The screens of many of the props have their own dedicated surface, meaning you can load your own image onto the screen surface and have it show up in your renders with very few adjustments.

Please note that due to the inclusion of the three image sets -- (1) “Channel 4”, (2) “The News”, and (3) “OGLE” -- the file download size is large, but this gives you several choices. To limit the number of images, the green screen does not come with weather map images. The figures and clothes shown in the promotional images are not included.
