Can Daz Characters/Cloths export to Blender for Cycles render?

I think that the answer is yes, by exporting into a OBJ file but I just want to be 100% sure. I am very used to the blender cycles render and it gives results like nothing else that I have used.

Yes...but you need to get a set of add on scripts to do so...
