DAZ Studio 4.5 Installation problem on Win7 64bit

Hi

I am on Win7 64bit.

I downloaded

DAZStudio_4.5.1.6_Win64.exe

but when I start it (admin account) the only thing that happens is a small window popping up.

Title: DAZStudio_4.5.1.6_Win64

but the window is, and stays, empty.

That is all, no CPU activity, no harddisk activity, no network activity, nothing.

I waited 30min to see if anything will change, but no.

I restartet the comp, tried again, same procedure.
I downloaded the file again, but no changes.
What can I do?

Q: What size is the file you've downloaded. ?

it could be an incomplete download. ... Clear you internet browser cache and try downloading the files again.

you'll need the main Daz Studio Application, plus the Genesis starter essentials (all the free starter content for the program)

It may be a corrupted download, or even a graphics card issue.
What size is the file that you downloaded, and did you 'buy' it through the store and download it from your Available Downloads?

The filesize is 132MB and I downloaded it from the DAZ store (to have a serial for the full installation).

I didn't know I need the Genesis set for the installation (I thought it is optional and could be later installed).

Graphics Card is ATI Radeon HD 5700 (latest drivers)

I'll try downloading again.

P.S. cleared cache and downloaded again, same filesize, same result

P.P.S. Seems it is the Graphic Card. I tried the installation on my other computer, which is also Win7 64bit, but with NVidia Graphic Card.
Everything went fine.
