Thank you very much DAZ3D! What a surprise to see one of my images in the Slideshow on the DAZ3D Frontpage. :)

It would be nice to know if this happend to other artists before?

Please share your images or screenshots if your work appeared surprisingly for you on the Frontpage, in Newsletters, Banner-Adds etc.

    Congrats! it's really nice to see the work of the forumites there! I remember that @isidorn had one of his in a selection once, and some others as well. I like the idea to collect them in a thread so everyone can see that these are made by users

    I remember someone started a similar thread a couple of months ago about their joy and surprise of seeing their image on the front page, and I recognize some of the current images in the front page slideshow from the galleries, so it definitely happens.

    I always go straight to the store (that my bookmark is set to) or the forum (from the e-mail notifications) so I usually never visit the frontpage, so even if any of my renders by some miracle would be there I wouldn't know. As @Linwelly mentioned (I'm highly flattered to be remembered!) I had two of my renders appear in the November 2015 gallery highlight reel , my proudest moment as an aspriring artist! My winning entry in the October New User contest (which is my other proudest DAZ moment) flashes by early on and then the whole thing ends with my mini-bots render. In that reel there's also some renders from other "forumites" that was/are active in the new user contests. It's a shame DAZ seems to have quite doing those gallery highlight reels.

    @Linwelly: Thanks! It is hard to keep track of the gallery, because there is so much going on. My image was made last year for Llola Lanes Challenge, interesting it is used now. It would be very nice if other artists would join the collection to let us know about their highlighted images. 

    @Isidorn: The Rope Bridge at the beginning was your winning image at the New Users Contest, right? The Robot Render is awesome. By the way The Usual Suspects is one of my favorite movies. Well done!

    @Moderators: Feel free to merge this thread with similar ones. Or maybe merge similar ones in here.

    Hey, congrats! I hadn't seen the store front lately.  It hadn't changed for awhile so, of course, I had to go look.  I recognized a couple from the gallery.  I loved watching those reels when DAZ did them.  It's nice to see an image used by artists I know.

    Oooooo glad I came across this, I was looking through the store for the outfit you used in the picture, so far without success, can you enlighten me??

    The main outfit is the Genesis Supersuit , it is the Fury2 Preset in the Supersuit Hero Pack Expansion. The cape is the Cape for Supersuit and the hair is Orion Hair.

    Thank you, I would not have found that, especially as I was limiting the search to G3F Sci fi clothing.

    Mike was kind enough to invite me to post my render that was on the front page today.  To say that I am really thrilled is probably an understatement lol.

    Thank you!  Truly a total and utter surprise and I would have missed it if you all would not have said something so thank you for that as well. I know there are more of you out there and I would also love to see everyone's stuff!
