Platinum Club status disappeared...

I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but the Daz site no longer seems to be recognizing my status as a Platinum Club member.

I'm guessing this has something to do with having a previous (suspended) subscription also listed in my subscriptions box, but I'm not sure as, previously, it was working fine.

    You will need to send a ticket to Support, using the link at the top of the page. Help > Contact Us

    There have been some problems with members not being recognised, but I'm sure Support can sort it out for you.
