I say please, please DAZ give me more TerraDome. Sorry Traveler in my greediness. I am the old lady that rumages about the wayback machine finding "old" stuff. In my book there is no old stuff unless it does not load into DAZ Studio anymore. So that kinda limits the old to things like scripts, shaders and such. Although I was eyeing a copy of PC World that had a version of DAZ Studio 0. I have 2, 3 and 4 installed on my machine. Studio Zero would be really sweet. I have some shaders that I want to see how they work. But back to old. I know that the morphs don't work and the materials don't work in Studio straight out of the box. I figure though that it is stuff of the commerical grade free. Then yes sir, it's the good stuff. So I am willing to do the work to get it in Studio. I have a long ways to go. Many mysteries, understanding Poser shaders, how to get morphs from Poser to Studio. But if you are willing to find out or figure a different way to do the same thing I figure that freebie is worth being offered and me taking it. Yeppers! Base upon the current comments, I took out my trusty tools and went to work. I own Poser Pro 2014, but I suck at doing renders with it. So therefore Poser is my mentor. Showing me how another artist figured out how to do something. So I offer you two images. One has V2 and Poser 4 animals, rendered in iRay. The other is P4Woman, Posette, rendered in 3Delight so I could use those beautiful skydomes and of course In both is Traveler's TerraDome. I hope I made a crack in the paradigm. Just because it was made in 1999 does not mean it is old. Just well used and because of current tools even better, in my humble opinion. So DAZ bring on those unwanted, covered in dust freebies, there are things I wanna learn.

At least the first 2 are free for PC+ members only. (Not sure about the foxhole, which was a PC+ freebie a year or more ago but isn't showi ng free for me.) Even if nonmembers can get them "free with purchase," this thread is for items that are free to all, with no other requirements.

At the time I posted, they were free to me and I haven't been a PC+ member since September of last year. It's possible it was due to a store error.
Edit: they are still showing as free on the website and when I place them in my cart.
Edit 2: It probably is an error with the website, because all the PC+ items in my wishlist are showing at the PC+ price and all the DAZ originals are atleast 30% off.
Are there other items in your cart? PC freebies are "free with purchase" for non-members.
The store seems to think I am a PC+ member, but the forums and my account say that I am not.

aaanyways - what i wanted to ask is this: i could swear that just a few days ago, i saw TEXTURES FOR SWORD DANCER as a freebie somewhere. no clue where tho. and i didn't dwell long on it since i didn't have the outfit in the 1st place. but now it's different, it's one of the biweeklies and ofc i got it.
anyone knows where this freebie was?? or did i dream the whole thing...

this is a bit what i'm fearing.. that exactly those textures were in the LAST batch of biweeklies - and ofc i didn't pick them since no outfit.
on the other hand.. some bell in my mind is ringing "eblank" or some other well-known freebie texturer. but it's obvs not ringing loud or accurate enough, lol

No, not the last batch. And looking at the Daz Deals price history, I don't think they've been free in the last year. If you have some nice shaders in your library, you can customize the outfit. That can work wonders!
ah sure, i have enough shaders to change the outfit as i like ^^
it's just this annoying impression of just having seen those free textures just a while ago, tho i can't put my finger on it, like when you've got a word on the tip of your tongue but can't remember at the moment... and ofc the dumbness of not being able to find them now that i have the outfit, like a freebie missed...
actually, what i saw could even have been textures for any "dancer", like shadow dancer.. i even reckon i remember having looked on exactly the base outfit's page to realize i hadn't purchased it - but yeah, my memory is rather fickle and creative, lol...

I would have grabbed them without the outfit, on the off chance I might end up with it someday. Don't have to download it till then so doesn't take any room on my computer.
