Thank you very much for the excellent poses!
Your poses are amazingly well done. And free too?! More amazement.
I see this a lot with poses utilizing firearms - weapon pointed up...
Why?
This is super dangerous (if discharged, the bullet will come back down) and anyone with ANY training knows not to do this unless they're aiming/shooting at something up in the air. Usually, it is pointed down at the ground. Also, if you were holding your gun up and came upon something you wanted to shoot, it takes more than twice as long to draw your aim and get a shot off versus if you were aiming down at the ground and had to quickly raise your arm to do the same. Scenario: cop searching for armed criminal. The officer finds the baddie who moves to shoot at him. If they both fire, the police person at least has a chance of shooting the crook in the leg or torso if they themself is shot (when aiming at the ground to start). If they're aiming at the sky to start and they're shot, their bullet will go up and eventually fall at 120 mph to the ground (hopefully not landing in someone's skull).
I blame Hollywood fair for this "dramatic" pose/action.

Nice job with the index finger off the trigger when the weapon is not ready to shoot! It is a little detail, but shows responsibility on the part of the person with the firearm.
