Annoying pop ups Grrr

Does anyone remember how a while back we used to get pestered by pop ups advertising stuff all over the internet? I had forgot about them myself. Now however i find i am getting pop ups, albeit of a different kind on DS. I have no doubt this is something to do with smart content perhaps, whatever that may be, and that last statement shows you level of my expertise with Daz. I have tried everything i can to stop this because it is literally driving me mad, so if anyone can help save what little sanity i have left i would give them some of my many grandchildren for Christmas. I will have them back once the new year is over. Help please...screen shot for info

    Edit > Preferences, click on the Interface tab and turn off "Tool tips", then click Apply followed by Accept.
