I don't have the product that you are struggling with, but I couldn't help but notice that you had the DS and the PS versions of Holiday Nook installed. I didn't think you needed both.
Anyway, back to your problem. Have you tried loading Holiday Nook into your scene first then with that selected in the scene tab double click on Yuletide?
They recently did a paid iRay material update for Holiday Nook and in you have DAZ Connect set to auto-update it's updated your old product with the new product updates needed for the iRay materials.
Unfortunately, it seems that have broke the paid product for people that don't want the iRay update too. They will need to consider with the DAZ Studio content manager not to autoupdate products that have changed because of changes to integrate it with a new product if those changes break the integration with the old product for those that won't buy the new product.
I read the way around a similar problem was to avoid using the preloads and to instead load the individual components individually.
