Strange question, but is it possible for me to make a black eye or bruises for my fighter in DAZ? Lord knows, there's a map for everything else!
You could do this several ways. You could add a transmap (transparency) to the Opacity channel in the Surfaces tab, or you could do it in Photoshop by adding a layer to the Diffuse texture, and painting in the bruises etc., then collapsing it, and saving the texture with a different name, or you might like to use the LIE (Layered Image Editor) inside DAZ Studio itself.

What way have you tried?
Try these

the PNG files are also useful for photoshop, which is how I used them for this picture

You can also search for wound photoshop brushes which can be used to either edit skins or build new LIE layers.
