HELP, CAN'T REDOWNLOAD FILE?

I just suffered a crash and I have to reinstall everything that I had downloaded. But I don't have it on my computer! So I went to 'my downloadable prodcuts' and it says I didn't buy any yet, but in my account history, it says I bought it! Please help I do not have the money to rebuy them what do I do?!

    Go to your itemised order history, find the item and then click to reset it. You will then find it in your downloadable products.

    You need to reset downloads in your Itemized Order History.
