Literally, guts. Like intestines. Really, mostly intestines. I have some but there aren't any posing options.
I have a tentacle and I HAD ..goredome I think? But it doesn't work with PP2012.

    Perhaps this might be of use to you. Daz3D Anatomy bundle has all the internal organs, though I believe it's largely for 'educational' purposes rather than gore. It would probably work for both though, depending on how creative you can be with their use.
