Symetry movement

I think I saw this once before in Ds3, but in 4.5 how do I get the figure to move both arms at the same time?

select genesis root, in scene tab, or in 3d view w click genesis,by universal tool.

then check parameter tab> poze controll> Arms,
or check pozing tab,>poze controll> Arms with Editor mode..

if there are not controller what you want,,

you need to make new controller by yourselef use ERC.

if you just hope to make symmently poze,
you can use symmently on poze tab option menu,
or top menu edit> symmently.
