'V4 and M4 Shapes for Genesis' + DSON. Genesis doesn't match v4 in poser

Hi Everyone,

I just purchased 'V4 and M4 Shapes for Genesis'.

In Poser (DSON installed), if I overlay V4 and Genesis(V4 dial on) and apply a standard V4 pose to them both, they don't match up.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Thanks,
Adam

It is not a bug, it is the result of Genesis having extra bone nodes that the Gen4 figures don't, specifically Pelvis, and Abdomen 2.

The t-pose doesn't line up either.

I would have thought ‘V4 and M4 Shapes for Genesis' would have genesis in the v4 shape.. hmmm

thanks for letting me know. hopefully I will work out a fix for this.

The Gen3 shapes are not 100% either

What exactly is it you're trying to accomplish?

They're not going to match. The feet especially. V4 was natively created with her toes pointed downward in zero pose (not the defult flat-footed pose she loads in). Every Genesis character is natively flat-footed regardless of whether it's based on a Gen 3 or 4. As one who has meshed shoes for both, I tend to prefer the latter.
