Genesis Starter Pack

I'm haviung trouble with my Genesis Starter Pack, DAZ3D is loading but there is no Genesis Character. I think this is because I cannot download the Genesis Starter Pack Essentials file, due to it being a 32-bit file and my computer is 64-bit. How can I download the Genesis?

Content is neither 32 bit nor 64 bit it is just data. You do need the starter pack to have Genesis.

The installer should work - 32 bit or 64 bit makes no difference. Exactly what problem are you having with it?

The link has downloaded as a .exe file, but when I click run it says this file is not compatible with type of Windows you're using (32-bit or 64-bit)

I have also exceeded the download limit on the exe version of the Genesis file and I really need help!!

If you have tried downloading the file several times, did you clear your cache between download attempts ? If you had a download that failed part way through, then it will still be in your browser cache and subsequent download attempts will fail at the same point.

So close your browser, clear your cache and then reopen.

Go to your Itemised order History and reset the download from there, then try again.

The Genesis Starter Essentials is quite a large file, what size is your download showing ?

I have deleted the entire program and am currently redownloading the whole thing. I'll let you know of the results

Problem solved! The problem was firefox. After I downloaded the file off explorer, it works fine. Thanks for the help
