Adding notations to Content Library

How can you add your own notes in the Content Library? I Categorize all my contents and often find I'd like to add my own comments in the area below the Content Library where the individual items are pictured. For example, if I make a 91 x 91 image with text, can it be added to the rest of the assets or does it somehow need a cr2, dsb, or duf file in order to show up?
