Nice looking content site but...?

So, I was browsing the internet for new content to use in DAZ and I found this great looking site...(SITE NAME REMOVED). But you can't sign up without an invite and they make it impossible to contact them- wha?? I looked for information elsewhere (google) and literally couldn't turn up anything. What's up with this site? How can one get access? Pardon me if I am barking up the wrong tree here, but I am just curious if anyone here knows anything?

    That site is filled with items that are NOT free. Please do not post site names that give away items from this or any other site/content provider without permission.

    Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize. I thought it was a community of developers that shared content, not a torrent site. Sorry about that!
