Rigidity woes

I'm going nuts trying to get rigidity to work.
I had assumed it was simply a matter of assigning polygons to a rigidity group and then filling that group with the value you wanted but it doesn't seem to be working. I've filled the polygons so they're completely red but they still change shape when I apply a morph to the figure wearing them. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
As you can see, despite being fully red the polys still morph.

may you check this tutorial?
Rigidity map tutorial
rigidity weight is 100% or not when coloerd weight, so your colored weight seems no problem.
but I think if rigidity map area is so wide,,, it can not fit well when you applied morph,,
then did you set some faces near colored part ,Assign Rigidity Group References too?
choose some faces for Rigidty group references which assigned to Participants faces.
faces of Rigidity Group Reference works as anchor for facets as Participants.
and you may need to change setting of "Adjust Properties of Rigidity Groups"
it is very difficult work for me,,, to set correclty.. I can not grap well what meaning of each setting,,,
but it decide rigidity grouped faces how change,, when apply morph.
I actually tried with many option,, when I set rigidity map. (with no scale,, first try,,)
and if your morph are not auto-generated moprh,
eg if you have changed the morph and overwrite it,, rigidity map can not work about the morph.
and you may need to save it as figure tfirst, o check rigidity map work clearly.
I sometimes experienced, after save it as figure,, rigidity map work correctly.
Yeah that was the tutorial I read to get as far as I got.
This seems to be another example of a function that should be a no brainer (red = don't change shape, blue = change shape) that is needlessly complex. I'm just banging my head up against a wall with this thing and it doesn't seem like anything is going to fix it.
[green]Edit: WOOT! I got it working! Tried the save and test thing and it worked this time. I also added a couple of extra reference polygons and that seemed to help too.
