I have a whole stack of bitrock installers sitting on my pc. They arrive when I download something from DAZ. Can I delete those?

I'm not sure what you're asking -- you can delete them after you install the products, if you like. If you're confused about which ones to install, "Legacy" is only for DS4.0 rather than DS4.5, and PoserCF is only needed for Poser 8/PP2012. The main (DSON Core) is fr DS4.5 and P9/PP2012

The icon looks like they may be the installer log files.

You really should think about forcing your OS to show file extensions.

If the extension is .log and they are sitting in a folder called "temp", then yes you can safely delete them.

No, they are not in any folder. They are logfiles though.
