Attempted to load product, was told "file not there"

After downloading She-Freak V4, I attempted to load it into DAZ. It went into loading mode, then I received a message that "Required File was not found". I've tried downloading it twice, and it still doesn't work. Who do I talk to about this?

It has to be installed to the same content folder as V4 Base.

I can't install it in ANY folder; when I try to install it, all I get is a message-- "DEPENDENCY ERROR the necessary file is NOT found."

Shea Freak 4 is NOT a stand-alone character, it is a morph of Victoria 4, and it must be installed into the same runtime folder as V4.

If you don;t have V4, there is no way it can work, or even install.

But I have V5! Isn't that good enough?

    No, She-Freak for V4 requires V4.

V4 is a Different 3D Mesh file, V5 is a morph of the Genesis Mesh File. V4 and V5 literately mean Version 4 (generation 4) and Version 5 (generation 5) of the mesh used for the figures. They do not have the same shapes or bones (rigging) so you do need a tool to transfer a shape like that one from the V4 figure to the V5 figure. I'm sorry but that is just the way 3D meshes work. For items to work without tools and work or a plugin they need to be made for the version of the Mesh you are using.

To be fair it does say SheFreak 4 requires V4 Base on the product page
