The Smoking Room, Decorated Preloads not working

The Decorated for Smoking Room presets load the lights but not the textures or objects. Trying to load the preset gives the error "One or more files could not be found when loading the file: ."

The log file gives a series of errors similar to "Unable to find file for storable: data/sr_side_l_71450/sr_ceiling/sr_side_l_71450_sr_ceiling/geometry.dso"

There were no dso files in the base Smoking Room ds set when I installed: 7749_1_dpc_TheSmokingRoom.exe and 7749_2_ds_TheSmokingRoom.exe

Is anyone else having this problem with this set?

There should be materials presets - try loading the original Smoking Room, applying the presets for the texture set, and save that as a scene. Are these fresh downloads? If so, open a bug report on this issue please.

The presets load lights and attempt to load objects. They do not texture the matching presets (as in, I've tried it and nothing happens) from the original package "The Smoking Room." Applying individual presets to the sub-items is a bit problematic if using the presets from the original package because there are a number of objects with the usual wonky names in the scene tab and matching things up takes more time then it should for 'fixing' this.

And yes, this was just downloaded.

I don't know how to open a bug report. My understanding was one needed a special account on some server? Or, will opening a ticket to technical support work?
