Fortunately I succeed by arranging content into the correct folders meanwhile.
But sometimes there are TEMPLATES or TEMPLETES unpacked and I don't find a folder for them in the structure.
Do I have to create a folder for them under LIBRARIES?
Templates are files that you use in a paint program if you want to make your own textures for an item. As such they do not belong in the program structure, but can be stored anywhere convenient to you, for future use. Mine are in a folder called simply "templates" with sub folders inside it, because I have a grreat number of them.
Thank you very much for lickety-split answering, Chohole! And then that's an amazing information because I love to change the textures for my characters!
No problems. GLad I could help. If you click on the link to "Chohole's Space" in my signature bar you will see that I am rather fond of changing textures as well. lol
I made my first 3D manipulating experiences with the SIMS. The best was the TSR-studio with which you can create complete new things.
I wished there would be a program to open and edit .cr2 files

So I can choose to not merge the templates in the My Daz 3d Library? :) They are just for using in photoshop if you want to change the textures?

Photoshop or any other paint program.
Is your Templates folder inside your My DAZ 3D Library folder, Chohole?
Nope. would be difficult as I don't use D|S also as I said here they can be stored anywhere.
