In a word, yes. You can apply one of the full face morphs to a Genesis figure, and save it as a Scene Subset, and merge it into any other scene you have created.
I don't have this, but I have Kit 1 which contains two full face morphs (20s and Young). Kit 2 has seven full face morphs, and yes, they do "put a new face" on Genesis—they change all the features with one dial. The kits also include morphs for individual face features which you mix together, and, of course, you can save your favourite combinations along with any other changes as a character which you can load into a scene as a full figure. As Jimmy says, you can also save it with clothing, hair, etc., as a scene subset, which is an excellent feature. I'm very pleased with Kit 1 and will consider getting the others.
