I'm creating more WoodLand Spirits, well at least one more. I don't see the woods as a scary place so that gets reflected in these guys. Caves on the other hand are terrifying. If I ever do a set of cave dwellers watch out. but for now... well he looks like this.

Super cute!
Perfect.
Looks great
Thanks! Got the poses, I think he should be a lot of fun. Here are some of them.
Yes! Can't wait!
I don't think woods are scary either ('cept for bears maybe, oh and snakes) but the critters who live in logs and camouflage themselves with leaves and ivy are okay in my book. As are other critters who pretend to be mushrooms.
Agreed, Bears are intimidated and I've been bitten enough by a non poisonous snake ( college room mate's pet) to respect their authority. So for a kinder gentler look I did four options for this guy's head look.
Adorable! He reminds me of the Maurice Sendak book, Where the Wild Things Are. Still one of my favorites. Fell in love with that book as a kid and read it to my kids.
Love what you're doing with these!
Wonderful :) Do make/ have a sitting and sleeping pose too? :) And will he get some different skins? :)
Thanks I like Maurice Sendak and WTWTA. As for skins, maybe. The vest should except most any pattern you want. As character textures ie. zebra strips, I'll have to see if he is a hit or not. I will be doing more characters though with a similar feel if folks like him.
If he is a woodland creature, maybe some leaftattoos :)
I love him, he is a funny guy :)
I can't see how folks wouldn't like him!! I, for one, think there are so many HD bloody, warty, evil things--not that they're not impressive--that make this guy is soooo refreshing!
this little guy is looking awesome man
Thanks!
Awesome - just bought it. For me, cuteness always finds its way to the cart.
He's coming home with me today! Along with your sweet little Twiglet and the big Sticks. They are adorable and so original. Can't wait to do some renders with them. Keep up the great work.
Glad you like him! Post pics when you can, thanks.
I tried to change the sneak pose into a classic cartoon-ish tippy-toe walk. Don't know if I succeeded, but here's the result.
A great character, though I'm not sure I would fully trust it.
The duck looks like he may have a move or two up it's... wing. Very fun!!! Thanks.
AAAAArrrrgggghhhh a baby!
