MARI and Houdini Indie

Hello.

I've been animating in Houdini Indie for a few months now, and am very happy and comfortable with the software. I'm not to good at modeling however and up until now have just bought untextured models and modeled them using MARI Indie, which is a great paint and texture software that was developed for feature films, namely Avatar.

I've been reading about how Daz modelswork across muliple platforms. My question is of anybody thinksI might be able to purchase a Daz model, customize it in Mari, and then animate it with Houdini.

    The Genesis, Genesis 2 Male and Female, Genesis 3 Male and Female Starter Essentials are free bundles included with "purchase" of the free DAZ Studio.  No need to buy in order to try.
