i13 Stylish Apartment help

Hi. Anyone is having problems with some figures using i13 Stylish Apartment?

I'm having problems with Cathy, Michael, Victoria and monique. Problems with hairs, cloth and accessories that in other environment I don't have. I attached one image with one of those problems.

I'm using iray. I tried with decrease the light, the intensity and headlamp. I have changed the render settings to default too but nothing works. Thanks!

*I applied the hair base material first and tried with other colors but it doesn't work ):

It sort of vaguely reminds me of video issues, like if you have ATI Radeon graphics on an older machine.

Assuming that your issue is with the excessive grain and artifacts, have you been able to DUPLICATE the problem by rebooting the computer and setting up an entirely fresh scene and camera in the stylish apartment, and then adding one of your figures or characters?

A couple of (seemingly irrelevant, but not) things to look at:

    1. Check that your character is at or near world center, the place where D|S will drop a character when you create a new one in a scene. At least in 4.8 -- don't know about 4.9 -- Iray has a known defect where transmaps take on a life of their own. This is what you're seeing in the skullcap for the hair. This can be a problem with some sets in that they place the characters away from world center.

    2. Be sure you have applied the proper Iray shader to the skullcap. In some hair models, you should not apply the same texture/shader to the cap as you do the rest of the hair.

    3. Review the lights that came with the set. None should use 3Delight shaders. Hide those in the scene tab, and replace them with new Iray-compatible lights.

    4. Review any "special effects" that have been added to the scene. I looked at the promo pictures in the shopping page and there appears to be some volumetric effects added for haze or smoke or something. IMO, they don't look very good, and at first glance I thought they were rendering mistakes. I'd remove them from your scene.
