Freaked out ... with Freak5 (unable to find files)

Hi folks,

I purchased the Freak5 Pro bundle and installed it as usual.

Now, when I try to use the Andrei or Derek actors, I get the following errors (file not found):

with Derek : /data/DAZ 3D/Genesis/Base/Morphs/DAZ 3D/Freak 5/FBMFreak5Smooth.dsf

with Andrei: /data/DAZ 3D/Genesis/Base/Morphs/DAZ 3D/Freak 5/FBMFreak5Smooth.dsf &
/data/DAZ 3D/Genesis/Base/Morphs/Mallenlane/Hitomi/PHMHitomiRealisticNose.dsf

Oddly enough, I find the first file here:
H:\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library\data\Valandar\BarbarianBootsForGenesis\FullFurBoots\Morphs\Valandar\BarbarianBoots\FBMFreak5Smooth.dsf

But I can't locate the second file anywhere on my harddisk ...

Any ideas ?

Cheers,
AC

Why on earth would the Freak need a morph from Hitomi?
I haven't tried either of those yet when this render finishes I'll try them, I might not get the error as I have Hitomi.

There was an issue with it but as far as we know its been fixed now. Please reset your download and download it again and re-install and see if that fixes it.

Yes, there are this error messages.

For both characters already exists bug reports, if you want you can add a note to them:
    Andrei - https://bugs.daz3d.com/view.php?id=49019
    Derek - https://bugs.daz3d.com/view.php?id=49020

Edit: frank answered while I was typing... I'll reset my downloads tomorrow, thx!

I've reset and downloaded and installed letting the installer unistall the previous version of both Derek and Andrei but they are still looking for files (FBMFreakSmooth.dsf)when applying the full character preset, if you apply the shape and mat seperately you dont get the error message.

Derek and Andrei both at version 1.1 no longer give the error message.

But still have an Issue with The Savage.
The metadata loads up OK when starting after the install, but does not show in the smart content.

It's product name in the Smart Content tab is Savage Freak. If you still don't see it, try re-importing the meta data file as it imported into CMS just fine for me.

I already tried re-importing the metadata by just selecting The Savage by itself.
Still does not show under Smart Content
It shows up under the content Library OK, under DAZ Studio Formats->My Library->People->Genesis->Poses->SavageFreak.
But I noticed under the Products section in Content Library under S->Savage Freak, it shows nothing there.

I'm using a MAC, so don't know if it's the same installer as you.

I'm on a Windows client so it's a different installer. Your files are in the same location as on my system. When I've seen a Product added to the Product categories, but there are no icons, that could indicate the path coded into the DAZ_3D_15486_Savage_Freak.dsx in Runtime>Support isn't the same as the location of the physical files. I would load the file into a text editor and do a quick check to rule that out. If things look ok, you may want to submit a support ticket.

With the Installer using the new DIM, the Savage freak shows up in the Pose and Animate tab under figures> Savagefreak.
