Hi folks

I have recently reinstalled the Dynamic Clothing Plug-in (1.2.1.6) for Windoze 64 bit.

It reinstalls the previous version and tells me it has sucessfully installed to Program Files/Daz 3d/DAZStudio4/, and indeed I can see it with the other plugins there.

However, I cannot find in in tabs and it does not appear in the installed plugins list.

I'd be grateful for any advice.

Cheers

John

The DCC is part of the main installer for DS 4.5.

If you have bought the advanced version, all you need to do is enter the serial number in Help > About Installed Plugins to activate it. When you installed the DCC plugin yourself, it will have changed the the filename to' .DLL.Basic' , and you should delete the one you installed, and rename the old one back to .DLL, then it whould appear in About Installed Plugins.

Perfecto! Though there was no need to enter serial number.

    Thanks for your help!

    hi,

    i have a similar problem.
After restoring the plugin that came with DS4.5 i can see the basic version loaded in the "about installed plugins" window, but there is no box to enter the serial number.
i have DS4.5 Pro, and oll the other plugins seem fine.

    any ideas?

If you are using the latest version of DS4.5, the plugin should say the following if you have the Advanced version registered

The basic one is called dzoptitexclothbasic.dll

    Filename: C:/Program Files/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4/plugins/dzoptitexclothcontrol.dll

Do you have the Physics tab as shown below.
