It sounds crazy, but can you make a G3M wear G3F clothing?

I want to create a G3M wrestler character, but my wrestling gear choices seem severely limited. I did see something that could work, but the gear that I want is for a G3F character. Could I buy the clothes and then fit them onto the character? I've tried to test this out already with some G3F elbow pads, but it crashes DAZ. All I really need is everything except the top and shorts.

    I'm pretty sure that the clones for G3E and G3M come with the base figures, so you should be able to autofit the clothes without any extra addons, select G3M and load an item of clothing for G3F a pop up box should appear, you choose Genesis 3 female for which figure was the item orginally for and whatever sort of item it is in the second box. Then click accept and the item should then fit to G3M.

    Yes, the clones for the opposite sex of the same generation and the same sex of the previous generation are included with the base.

    There are also traditional male singlets in the DAZ Store by MEC4D for Genesis 2 that can be fit to Genesis 3
