Hey there, how can I create the mouth lines like in the photo. The lines and the dimples. Thanks

The lip shape should be do-able with the proper morph packages for the figure. But the asymmetry would require specialty morphs or modelling. The dimples are more problematic - you could get partway there using a morph package, but you'll need to do the rest in a modelling program to get them just right.
