The amount of content I have is taking up way too much space so I was wondering if there's a way that I can use all of my content from like a cloud or something.
At least one person has their content on DropBox, though I think that took a certain amount of fiddling. However, unless you already have a DropBox paid for account with a lot of spare capacity I'm not sure that would be cheaper than buying a new HD. You don't have to have everything installed - as long as your bandwidth cap permits you could use Connect to manage content and DS will prompt you to install if you load a scene that contains an item not currently installed.
I bought an external hard drive for $100 and moved all my content to that. My main drive still has the actual Daz Studio program on it but all of the content that sucks up so much space was moved to a 4TB hard drive. Works perfectly.

What is Connect?
Connect is the system for downloading content directly from the Smart Content or Install pane.
