    Works without any trouble on my Windows 8 64-bit system.

    It has worked well for me so far and I have used custom download and install folders. Installation of files is a dream as far as speed goes. Only wish it didn't download mac files as well. At least I haven't come across a filter to stop this.

    Click on the little Gear icon at the top right of the interface, then in the Settings pane, go to downloads, and only select the downloads that you want. It works really well for me.
