This was my first foray into creating a clothing set for a character, and it took quite a huge number of hours to complete. However I'm pretty happy with the results. It blends some real world historical elements from Trojan, Spartan, and Mediterrean cultures, with a dash of Indian (in the form of a Shiva trident seen in Elijah's hands below) and a big dose of fantasy aquatic elements.
Quite a lot of morphs on this, too, which should help when trying to fit to unsupported characters or when putting the centaur into extreme poses.
Hopefully if people enjoy this set and it does well, I'll make more clothing sets. While it was definitely a very time intensive project, it was still a very enjoyable one. There's something relaxing about making morphs, even if rigging and weight mapping are a total pain, hah. The theme might be a little quirky, but I think it'd fit right at home in any fantasy setting.:)

This is stunning. I like every single piece of this. Can't wait to try it out. You should definitely make more clothing....
I had to unhide the translate dials to fix the helmet (it loads too low for some reason on my computer), but I love this set. Just the adjustment morphs in the shield straps alone were worth it. Please make more cool clothing sets. :)
Thank you! I definitely would like to make more. My problem right now is that I have far, far more ideas than time!
Thanks! I'm concerned about how the helmet loads in... if this is something it does consistently, I may have to do a product update. Can you give me some more info? Did you have the centaur body selected when loading it? Did you have a pose already loaded before adding the helmet? Does anyone else notice it doing this?
Thank you! :)
Looking forward to seeing folks' renders.
Yes, Centaur body was selected as the instructional thumbnail said. Centaur was in the default T-Pose, no poses applied yet. The only thing I did was apply a "character" morph to G3M (Brahm, actually) before I loaded the armor. If the armor is loaded on a default centaur (no morphs applied), the helmet loads fine. If the body is morphed first before the armor is loaded, everything loads in place except the helmet. Not really a big deal for me either way, although it was kind of weird.
This set really is awesome! :)
It is a stunning set! You should be proud- great job!
How strange. I wonder if that morph also translates the centaur up by (if I remember right) around 9ish units, rather than moving the centaur's hip up by that amount? I'll investigate when I have time, and ship a fix if it needs it. Either way, glad you're enjoying it!
Thank you! :)
Please forgive the errors here, I need to do a bunch of tweaks, but wanted to post a quick render while this is still on sale. What an amazing and beautiful set! I will post a better render soon. I just love how this looks straight out the box. The Djinn Centaur is pleased as well. (Click for a bigger pic, then zoom in.)
PS I had no trouble with the fits.
Awesome work! :D
If his hair was white, you'd have a perfect Dark Elf centaur.
Just have to say that the amount of morphs included are spectacular. Really loving this armour.
He's a bit bored, watching the Dorpodon trying to catch dragonflies...
Ooh, that's a lovely scene! Great job, IceDragon!
Great work! :D
Interesting that you set him in a ruin... I'm actually working on a ruins environment set right now in fact.
Thanks Llynara!
Are you now? One of my absolute favorite things are ruins, desolation and medieval stuff. Looking forward to seeing what you make!
