Altering Breast Sizes

I am trying to alter the breast size of my female models so that there is a more diverse pool of traits I can give them. However, in all of the models I own the breast is considered part of the shoulder and I cannot figure out any way to edit it. (Probably self-explanatory to say that I am brand new to this or any 3d animation software.)

    Which software are you using, and which models specifically?

    For both generation 4 figures and Genesis, the bulk of the breast morphs are in the respective Evolution morph packs - not the base figure. E.g., you need Morphs++ for generation 4 and Evolution Body Morphs for Genesis. There are also some stand-alone breast morphing sets, such as NGM and then some named figures also include some breast morphs (like V5, Hitomi, etc).
