I've tried a hard refresh but still nothing. Can we have a list of the free items please?
Probably because you have items you own hidden. Easiest way to see them is to temporarily log out or turn off hide items.
I say probably because this is only the most likely.
I already unticked the box and still nothing shows.
Try logging out. I just did this on my phone. Logged in I see no freebies. Log out and refresh they appear (I own them all). Log back in and refresh and they disappear.

I guess - it did not show up in the list here, so I checked, and noticed it was
a very limited time freebie indeed.
Did not want to gloat about it, but now that it returned, I wanted to give everybody
the opportunity to pick it up - there's no guarantee it will stay a freebie for the
full two weeks this time.
