I got it but there's nothing to download.
Scroll down to Holiday FREE ITEM. You can add it to cart and purchase for free. It is limited time though. There are IBL Skies but You are right, there is no download link in the Product Library :/. This should be fixed...
Yeah, noticed there was no download link when I discovered DIM wasn't installing it and I went to get it from the order page... and.... no dice there either. oO
This one will get fixed later on, just make sure you order it within the time limit, adn it will get sorted out later on for everyone who has "bought" it.

It depends on PA participation. If they don't have enough PAs submitting freebies they have to spread them out.

Yeah, I know that trick. That's not the "problem". I have everything else already. All that's left is textures for items I don't own, and most likely won't. So getting those texture sets is pointless.
