Thank you for the headsup. Happily I got Day 1 freebies in time yesterday and today Day 2. But if you miss it on the day it's published you miss it completely. Day 1's gifts are now back in the store, so need to literally check in everyday to get it free that same day. I checked now, Day 3 is not up for me yet, maybe it's time zone difference. I am already 12 hours into Day 3.

Thanks. Missed day 1. I liked it better when 'rosity just counted down the days toward Christmas and left the DLs on. This "if you're not online today, you won't get it" thing is a little off-putting. At least DAZ is keeping their freebies on for 2-3 days.
I missed day one as well, but I noticed it said they're giving away "active products" meaning that they can only have it online for free for 24 hours because if they kept it free for all 25 days, the vendors would loose potential revenue. If they were products that were much older/not sold as much, then there would be a reason to keep it free for 25 days.
plus i also see this as an was a way to make people purchase products on 'rosity if they missed out vs giving free stuff out for 24 days, while the vendors actually lost potential revenue. It's a double edged sword and originally the vendors got the bad end of said blade. I believe this actually is a much better option.

For those who don't remember or don't know, Renderosity usually puts all freebies back up for a couple days to a week so people can get one's they missed. Daz has sometimes been known to do this as well...Not a guarantee, but worth watching out for.

Thank You so much Eustace, I just got Drago for G8m, was on my wishlist. I didn't realized from banner that there was a freebie offer. Will try using it tomorrow :) and will need to learn to use Discord. Had a hard day with Uni today but got things finished finaly.

Just a note about the Rendo Christmas Giveaways... They seem to expire at 12 PM Eastern Standard Time for me... luckily I was able to download yesterday's items at around 11:45 AM EST, but they disappeared at exactly 12... I don't know what that means to others outside my time zone, but the newsletter with today's free item showed up at 11:05 AM and yesterday's items were still active.
So if you forget and you are in the Eastern time zone, you have until 12 noon to download.

I just had to double check ....... Its advertised on site as $25 for free, but once i log-in its listed as $20 for free ?? very odd having to quoted prices.

I think it's 'spend over the year' related discount. Spend more over the year, get more discount. I get the same $20 offer. Not sure there's anything there on my wishlist, so.. no thanks. Sounds as if I've spent too much this year to get it that high...
