DAZ Install Manager 1.0.0.112_Win32 - Can not login!

Hello out there!

I tryed to install the InstallManager and after i set my DAZ3d.com username and e-mail adress and typed in my password, i retrieve an error that my account are not correct.

Any idea what goes wrong?

    When did you sign up for a DAZ 3D account? DO you have any purchases on that account?

    Hello,

    i sign up in 2008, but unfortunatly i had never enough time to do anything with this software, but now i would give me a new chance to learn and have fun with it.
    yes i have some purchases, some are old and some are new, since last week i bought stuff for genesis after i installed studio4.5.

    Hello again,

    as an administrator can you reset the password from this forum?
    i mean, my login of the DAZ-Home site is known by me of cause, but if i tryed to rename my username i shoult type in my password but it fails too.
    but gandalftcm is an old username i had in the year 200-2008 but nowaday im no longer that Lotr-fan ;-)!
    I want to change the name and it doesn´t work.

    Users can't change their screen names on the new forums, I'm afraid - if you send me a PM with your chosen new name (and ideally a couple of variations, in case your first choice is already in use) and your email I can make the change for you.

    Nevermind, I'm not sure I'm following at 100%. I'll read this again when the med's are not kicking so hard.
