Using Poser Poses in Daz3D (DAZ Studio 4.9)

Hey guys! I'm new to DAZ 3D and I have some problems with posing figures by using exported poser poses in DAZ. When I use a poser format pose on Genesis 3 the torso takes the correct position, but the hands and legs are completely wrong! This situation applies to all poser poses that I have stored. I tried to turn Limits ON/OFF but this doesnt effect the crazy hand and leg positioning at all. Could you please advise where did I go wrong? I thought that pz2 files are supported by DAZ, but it looks like I missed or did something wrong during the export :(

pz2 files are supported, but their results will depend on how closely the bone names and default positions match those of the figure for which they were created.
There are some pose conversion scripts by Zev0 (with a zero!) in the Store here to allow poses for earlier figures to work with Genesis 1, 2 and 3 figures, eg;

EDIT; there are some free pose conversion scripts at ShareCG; I have not tried them, but the Price is Right...
