Question about a computer

I don’t know if this is the right place.

I’ve got some questions about computer.
First one is does Daz Studio 4.5 works with Windows 8?
Second one, I found a computer with this

Intel® Core™ i7-3770S processor (6 MB cache, 3,10 GHz)
Besturingssysteem
Windows 8 64bit , Nederlands(Dutch)
Monitor
Multitouch-scherm
Geheugen
8GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1600MHz
Harde schijf
2 TB SATA-harde schijf (7.200 rpm)
Videokaart (video card)
1GB AMD Radeon HD 7650

Is this good can I make some big renders with this?
I’m Dutch and I don’t know much about computers.

    Yes, it looks like a very capable machine. I have an i7 chipset as well.

    8GB RAM is a little low for a modern machine I think, but it will be OK for moast things. You would do well to upgrade taht to at least 16 GB in the future.
