Posing, but only partially?

Hello to any would be helpers!

So I'm currently working with the Tea House Spirit from theAntFarm, http://www.daz3d.com/tea-house-spirit

When attempting to pose him, either with pre-loaded poses, or manually, only parts of him move to where they're supposed to...the remainder remains stuck in the loading pose.

Any suggestions?

    I'm using the pose sets that came with him, such as Tea Hug, Tea For Two, etc. It almost seems like parts of him are locked, so they don't move when applying the poses. Attached is an example screen shot.
