Mac: Manually delelting content

I want to wipe all my installs and start over.

Can I just delete the content folders, or do i need to go thru each uninstaller?

    If you don't want to keep anything then you can just delete the folder, and reset the database (right-click on the tab of the Content Library pane, select Content DB Maintenance, check reset database and click Accept).
