Need help with Anwyn for V4 & Genesis
I start up DazStudio (latest edition) with genesis in scene. I want to use Anwyn for V4 & Genesis. It is listed in SmartContent. I click on the ear shape and genesis has new ears. I click on head shape but nothing happens :( I click on body shape and nothing happens :( The Anwyn ears are list in the properties but the head and body are not.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I'm missing something. Is it just me having problems with this product? I have recently installed all content to a new directory with the new Download Manager and unmapped the old directory. Any info would be appreciated :)

According this character has INJ and REM files for both V4 and Genesis/
If you find Anwyn in the Smart Content with Genesis selected, is it in Default > People > Female, and do you see icons for loading an INJext and REMove for Anwyn?
If not, with Genesis still selected, go to the Parameters pane, and look in Actor > Female > Real World, there may be a slider there.
If not, go to the Content Library pane, DAZ Studio Formats, to your new 'My DAZ 3D Library' and look in People > Genesis > Characters.

Hi, Anwyn is in the Smart Content pane with all of her icons showing. She is also showing up in the Content Library pane where she should be. I click on the inj for head and for body but nothing happens. The ear inj works. In the parameters (i mistakenly called it properties) pane the ears are all that shows. I double checked the path you gave to Real World to be sure but no sliders for Anwyn are there. They are not in the Shaping tab either.
I hope this helps clarify the problem. The INJ and REM show up as content icons but don't seem to do anything when clicked. Thanks for replying. :)
I just found Anwyn icons in the Preset pane under people/real world but again clicking on the icons does nothing.
Have you tried selecting the Genesis Head iONLY n the Scene pane, and then applying the INJ file for the head, either by dragging and dropping, or double clicking the icon?
After you do that, a slider may appear in the Parameters pane to apply the morph. The same applies to the body, select Genesis, and apply the INJ, then look in the Parameters pane for the morph.
I don;t have this item, so I am fishing in the dark here ;)
Yeah, tried that too. It just isn't working. I also deleted the original Genesis and added a new fresh copy of Genesis but Anwyn's Body and Head INJ still do nothing. The ear INJ works so I think maybe something is wrong with the product. I'll go ahead and file a report. I don't know what else to try. Thank you again for your response and suggestions. :)
Do you see her in the shaping tab under /Actor when you select Genesis?
Yes, it's there too, but when I click, nothing happens :(
When I get home tonight I'll look at my copy and see if I can figure anything out...maybe it's looking for something that's in your old location or something like that.

Will someone who has purchased Anwyn for V4 & Genesis product and has installed it recently via the DIM check to see if the head and body morphs are still working for you (using Genesis)? It would be greatly appreciated to know what's going on with this product so please post your findings. Thanks in advance :-)

Problem solved thanks to the very nice vendor Raiya!!!! Apparently the new DIM failed to install all of the files needed. A manual download and reinstall fixed the issue. Thanks again Raiya, YOU ROCK and so do your products!!!!
Anwyn for V4 & Genesis was finally updated last night via the DIM...... Yay! :-)
BUT...... the Anwyn for V4 & Genesis StudioCF refuses to install via the DIM...... Boo! :down:
If your support tickets get answered and solved please report this as my tickets are ignored until I solve the problem myself. If I wanted to work for DAZ I would expect a paycheck!!! :roll:

DIM fails to install Anwyn for V4 & Genesis StudioCF every single time. So far it is the only item doing this. Hum...

No it did not. The file continues to fail to install after the DIM downloads. >:( It's a constant reminder on my desktop of how much DAZ neglects its customers and their products. I look at it each time I feel the urge or tempted to spend more money in their store. :lol:

Hoorah! 2 months later and a few more customers starting threads about this product, it finally gets fixed! The DIM completes the download and the installation! :P
