getting items in the proper location with DIM

. I have happily finished installing 535 items using DIM. The only issue I have so far is some things are not showing up where I think they should. Examples are Herdbeast, EleBeast and Reptileman should show in the Creatures category but I can only find them in the All catagory or by doing a search.
I bought and installed an item called DMR Ellas Clothes that I can't find at all. Suranian Priestess 2 is scattered all over Smart Content. I can do a search and get all the pieces in one place, problem there is I often can't remember the name.

I have just discovered that I can create my own sub-categories, which will help me getting thing setup more to my liking. Is there a way to delete categories or sub-categories??

Other than the Installed List, is there a table of contents that shows what I have installed?? I noticed that spelling is critical. Example, aged showes tarnished silver, where Aged shows old people. Why it shows Ivy and Jazlyn's Jackets is beyond me. Doing a search for elebeast or Elebeast shows nothing, search for EleBeast will show a match.

Now DIM install zip have not completed yet.

Someitems have not made as DIM zip yet.
you may need to check your account, or compare installer(u downloaded from youraccount)
then, install from your Account (need itemized order history)

and some or many items do not have meta-data, so they can not be shown in smart content.

eventhough it is shown as "Smart", and it make product category in ds database,
some meta-data are wrong.

(categorize, or compatibility base, or compatibility with)

about these case,, you may need to make meta-data,or categorize each files by yourself.

And,, about your handmade category , you can delete them easy.

In content Library,

extract "categories" (under the Products) then r-mouse click
the category or sub category icon, then select "delete"

I have never tried to delete, daz default category , (which reffered by product-meta-data)
so I only say about your original category.

and I feel it is not useful too, when try to serch items by smart content,
I can not find the rule about serching.(though compatibility must work,, )

eg, when I input Ba,,in serching box,, I expect, it may show Basic etc,,
but in my smart content, Files view, it shows !Aiko etc,
so that I change "product view", but there seems no correct order.
I do not know well what decide the order by which items are shown .

I hope to customize the way how serching file and products
in smart content view, as same as DIM.

but In content library pane,, it seems more easy, when input word and serch
files or items.

(I like smart content,, and hope to recommend many new user,
but ,, to use the meta-data full,
DAZ need offer correct data, and official rule which each product keep about tags ,etc
or order to find items and DAZ need to show clear guide how customize data-base,
not only how make meta-data,, about each option, and the way to customize serching rule.

I thik many users can not find clear way to use Smart content as it is expected.

OK, I do have a lot of older files so it seems reasonable they are not yet DIM compatible. I downloaded several wrap dresses, and having problems finding all the pieces. I am sure they are there some where. Cant find them do a word search. It would seem the title that I bought them as, is not how they were installed.

Still having fun though. :-)
